1. Booking and Payment

Pre-Booking Required: All games must be pre-booked and paid for in full prior to the event. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the event date, time, and location. Please ensure that all details are correct and notify SportStream immediately of any discrepancies.
2. Weather Conditions

Weather-Related Cancellations: All games are subject to adverse weather conditions. If weather conditions are expected to prevent the game from proceeding, SportStream must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled kick-off time. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the loss of your booking fee.

Rescheduling: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, SportStream will work with you to reschedule the game at the earliest possible convenience, subject to availability.
3. Service Packages

Basic Playmaker Package: The Basic Playmaker Package includes footage of regular game time only. Extra time and penalties are not included in this package. Should you require coverage of extra time or penalties, please contact us to discuss additional package options.

Footage Delivery: Footage will typically be available within two working days following the event, where possible. However, there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where this timeframe cannot be met. SportStream will notify you if delays are expected.
4. Content Use

Rights to Use Content: By using Sportstream’s services, you agree that all recorded footage and content may be used by SportStream across social media and any other channels deemed appropriate. This includes promotional and marketing purposes. If you have any concerns or specific restrictions regarding the use of your content, please contact us prior to your event.
5. Liability

Force Majeure: SportStream shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or confiscation by order of any public authority.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportstream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
6. Customer Obligations

Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to respect the rules and guidelines set forth by SportStream during the use of our services.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer: Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify SportStream as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of SportStream, based on the timing and reason for the cancellation.

Cancellation by SportStream: In the event that SportStream needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues or staff unavailability, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date offered.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Changes: SportStream reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
